Prezzo: A frosty experience (good food though!)

In the interest of being fair it's only right to blog about good, and not-so-good experiences. Ok, a company can't help it if the heating breaks down, it's just one of those things, but Prezzo please note that when it happens and your branch is absolutely freezing, a complimentary hot drink and a smile helps tremendously!
Prezzo Harborne at lunch time on 21st November had no heating. It was a very cold wet day but we chose to be good customers and stay anyway as we had pre-booked. The food was really nice and nothing was left on our plates, but the service was disappointing and as frosty as the room. (At least the waitress could go near the open flame pizza oven and warm up!)
If the unforeseen happens and customer comfort is affected, how management and staff react is crucial. We enjoyed the food but sadly it was very clear that customer well-being, customer service and customer satisfaction was not important.
